Model Variants and Basic Specifications

• Bandwidth Options: Available in 350 MHz (SDS3034X HD), 500 MHz (SDS3054XHD), and 1 GHz (SDS3104X HD) bandwidth models.
• Channels: Each model features 4 analog channels with the option for an external channel (4 + EXT), and can also display up to 16 digital channels for mixed – signal analysis.
• Sampling Rate: All models have a real – time sampling rate of up to 4 GSa/s, ensuring accurate capture of high – speed signals.
• Memory Depth: The memory depth per channel is up to 400 Mpts, allowing for long – term signal recording and analysis.
• Waveform Capture Rate: In Normal mode, it can reach up to 200,000 wfm/s, and in Sequence mode, it can achieve an impressive 890,000 wfm/s, enabling the capture of rare events.
• Noise Floor: At 1 GHz full bandwidth, the noise floor is as low as 125 μVrms, providing a clean signal measurement environment.

• 12 – bit ADC: The 12 – bit analog – to – digital converter offers high resolution, making waveform details clearly visible. It also has a high Effective Number of ADC Bits (ENOB), ensuring accurate signal quantization.
• SPO Technology: Employing SIGLENT’s SPO technology, the oscilloscope provides enhanced performance in waveform capture and display. It supports 256 – level intensity grading and color temperature display modes, which help users better analyze signal characteristics.
• Digital Trigger System: Comes with a digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. It supports a wide range of intelligent trigger types, including Edge, Slope, Pulse, Window, Runt, Interval, Dropout, Pattern, Qualified, Nth edge, Setup/hold, Delay, and Video (HDTV supported). The Zone Trigger simplifies advanced triggering operations.
• Serial Bus Triggering and Decoder: Supports serial bus triggering and decoding for multiple protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL – STD – 1553B, SENT, Manchester, and ARINC429. This feature is crucial for debugging and analyzing serial communication signals.
• Segmented Acquisition (Sequence) Mode: In this mode, the maximum record length can be divided into multiple segments (up to 80,000) according to user – set trigger conditions. There is a very small dead time between segments, enabling the capture of qualifying events with high precision.
• History Waveform Record Function: The History waveform record (History) function can record a maximum of 80,000 frames of waveforms. This allows users to review and analyze past waveforms for in – depth signal analysis.
• Measurement and Math Capabilities: It can perform automatic measurements on over 50 parameters and supports statistics with histogram, track, trend, Gating measurement, and measurements on Math, History, and Memory traces. There are 4 Math traces available, with functions like 4 Mpts FFT, Filter, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differential, square root, etc., and it also supports a formula editor for custom calculations.
• Data Analysis Functions: Offers abundant data analysis functions such as Search, Navigate, Digital Voltmeter, Counter, Waveform Histogram, Bode plot, and Power Analysis. The High – Speed hardware – based Average, ERES, and High – Speed hardware – based Mask Test function with a Mask Editor tool for creating user – defined masks are also available.
• Optional 50 MHz Waveform Generator: An external 50 MHz waveform generator is available as an option, providing additional flexibility for signal generation during testing.
• Display and Interface: Features a large 10.1” TFT – LCD display with a resolution of 1024 * 600. The capacitive touch screen supports multi – touch gestures, and it also supports mouse control, which greatly improves operational efficiency. The oscilloscope has various interfaces, including 2x USB 3.0 Host, 1x USB 2.0 Host, USB 3.0 Device (USBTMC), 1000M LAN (VXI – 11/Telnet/Socket/LXI), External Triger In, and Aux Out (Pass/Fail, Trigger Out). It also has a built – in web server that supports remote control over the LAN port using a web browser and SCPI remote control commands.
